General Description
All the plots on this exclusive leisure park are privately owned and have been developed by their owners so that colourful shrubs, hedges,fences and original pine and oak woodland give space and privacy not found on camping sites. All plots are at least 2,500 sq.ft so the homes are each set in their own privare `gardens`. We have 3 plots all belonging and used regularly my members of our family, each is very well equipped and has many extras beyond those than would be expected in rented accomodation. eg outside furniture and sunbeds.
Facilites on the estate are excellent. A pool complex caters for all ages from toddlers to adults. Tennis courts, children`s playground, table tennis, volley ball, keep fit circuit, Boules park, open air cinema (french films), Shops, resturants, take aways.
Your holiday can be as active or quiet as you like. The plots are quiet and private.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The home has two bedrooms, a double and twin. Pillows and blankets supplied. The shower room has a toilet and basin. In addition spacious shower blocks are kept very clean and supplement those in the homes.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge frezzer, cooker, sink with hot and cold water. There is a dining area within the main living part of the home, just incase it is chilly. Two of our homes have additional outsdie kitchens under the large full length awning. There is a sink unit further fridgefreezer and cooker.

Swimming Pool
3 main pools, one designed for younger children and non-swimmers, with children`s slide. Main 50 metre pool. pool with shelving entry and shallow steps and large tobbogan slide. Two further children`s paddling pools, one with fountain and great for toddlers, the other very shallow and suitable for babies. Mother and baby changing room and lower level toilets for little people

Outside
The main dining areas are outside under the awning so that with a kitchen also outside you can enjoy true outside living. Most guests find they only go inside to sleep.

Location
Situated near the Roman town of Frejus this exclusive private estate is within 40 minutes of Nice airport. There are a range of excellent beaches within 5-10 km

Changeover Details
Saturday and Wednesday. Out of the main season holidays bookings can be of flexible lengths offering eg 10 days. pleae e-mail owner for booking forms.

Extra Details
Our homes have additional insulated tiled roofs which extend over full lenght patios thus doubling the amount. Apart from the patios, the plots have other areas to relax in offering both sun and shade. Ample parking is available on the plots.
