Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There is 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The additional double bed can be unfolded from the lounge area seating. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, and storage space.It is equipped with shower room and a seperate toilet and washbasin room all connected to mains drainage.

Living Areas
Our Holiday home is the biggest available in France,35Ft X 12Ft with comfortable fittings and furnishings similar to the Siblu Elegance specification. It is custom build to sleep 8 and has everything (we think except sheets and towels) provided.
There are dining and lounge areas with an air conditioning/ heating unit.

Kitchen / Dining
There are full kitchen facilities with storage space and work surfaces, full sized gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.It even has fully filtered chilled water on tap for those refreshing chilled drinks.

Swimming Pool
Lifeguard supervised pools with water chutes, and slides.

Outside
Outside there is a full length wooden terrace with large garden table and chairs. Half the terrace is roofed to provide shade for that alfresco dining whilst the other half takes the sun for topping up the tan. There is a large fully hedged garden with a gas BBQ. We also have a large selection of bats, rackets and balls for your use.

Location
Located south of Montpellier, 3 miles from local resorts and excellent golden sand beaches. Resorts have all usual facilities including clubs, restaurants etc.

Changeover Details
Any day arrival or departure can be negotiated. Take advantage of those cheap midweek flights! Just contact us. Please remember in order to keep the cost of hire reasonably priced, have you seen those Siblu prices!, we are about half their prices, it has to be expected that everybody leaves the mobile home as they would wish to find it. On changeover days please depart by 10am and don’t arrive until after 4pm. This just gives us time to see that it is clean and tidy and to check the gas, between guests.

Extra Details
The site owners are Siblu Ltd who are concerned with the supply and maintenance of the main services, the plot and with general security and facilities such as the swimming pool.
The site has a swimming pool with two water slides, children’s pool, bar, restaurant with take-away facility, launderette and shop. There are also sports facilities and play areas. In the main season many activities are organised for children 5-12 at the Pirate Club and there is entertainment each evening for all the family.
