General Description
Self contained apartment gites with use of shared pool. Ideally located near the town of Ste Foy la Grande, which is walking distance.

Lovely views over the Dordogne Valley. A peaceful spot for enjoying the area of wine tasting and good food.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The bedroom has a double bed wardrobe and side tables.

The shower room and W.C. have suitable access for a wheelchair.

Living Areas
The apartment gites has an open plan kitchen lounge area with patio doors leading onto the terrace, with seating and a table for outside dining as well as a BBQ.

There is a light bedroom with a door leading to the garden, and an en-suite shower room.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen dining area is fully equipped with a full sized cooker and a fridge. There is a dining table and chairs and plenty of cultlery and crockery.

Swimming Pool
Above ground 5m round pool all one depth. Not suitable for non-swimmers or very young children.

Outside
Lovely gardens surround the above ground 5m round swimming pool. Which is available for use from May until mid September.

Location
The area is about wine tasting, great regional food like fois gras and oysters. There are also numerous historical sites to visit from pre-historic times such as the Lascaux caves.

If golf is your thing then there are half a douzen good courses withing car driving distance.

Fishing is also available on the River Dordogne.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is flexible.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking, and the remainder is payable in euros on arrival.
