General Description
The Old Granary has a fitted kitchen/diner; the surfaces and cooker hob have been lowered for ease of access to wheelchair users, and there is a fridge and microwave. There are two bathrooms, one has been fully adapted to enable a wheelchair user to enter the shower area, and there is a handrail beside the toilet. The two bedrooms sleep 2 and 3 people. Satellite television, DVD and hi fi is provided. Outside there is a private walled garden with wheelchair access to the barbecue and eating area where patio furniture is provided.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Bedroom one is a spacious twin room with two single beds and a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There is a dressing table and chair as well as a wrought iron wardrobe.
Bedroom two is fully accessible by wheelchair and has a large en suite shower room with walk/wheel in shower, a raised toilet with grab rail and a lowered sink for the use of wheelchair users. There are three single beds and a large wardrobe as well as dressing table and chair.

Living Areas
The cosy living area has a sofa and chair in front of the coffee table, TV /DVD and hifi. Guests may take full advantage of our extensive DVD library.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen diner is fully equipped with hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all utensils.

Swimming Pool
Our pool is a beautiful 12m X 6m sal water pool with a constant depth of 1.2M. The pool is ideal for swimming or playing games and is safe for non-swimmers and children. The pool is fitted with the latest child alarm and is fully compliant with all French pool regulations

Outside
Le Vieux Grenier has a lovely private walled and gated garden with a small lawn.A ramp and stairs take you from the gite to a large covered outside eating area and BBQ which is perfect for outside living and al-fresco dining. The whole area is floodlit.

La Rose is ideally placed in the West of the Dordogne with Sarlat just over an hour away and the Atlantic beaches just over an hour and a half away. The Dordogne has been described as “The country of a thousand castles” and with pre-historic caves, lake beaches and river sport all within striking distance La Rose is the ideal place to base your French holiday.

Changeover Details
Generally Saturday but we are happy to be flexible to allow longer breaks and let guests take advantage of cheaper mid week flights.

Extra Details
As part of the La Rose de l`Isle complex guests have access to the ""La Fontaine"" massage and reflexology salon.
