Property Details

General Description
Well equipped gite with a large pool, occasionally shared with any B&B guests but for the main use of La Vigne. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, but can accommodate a further 2 on a futon bed. Cot and highchair available.
Has a downstairs bedroom, shower and W.C making it ideal for people with mobility difficulties.
Has everything you should need for a relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
2 doubles and a twin room, with an additional double futon bed on the mezzanine floor. Large walk in shower with seperate W.C.

Living Areas
Open plan living area with 2 sofas, writing bureau, TV, DVD, and Video. There is also a CD/Radio.

Kitchen / Dining
Open plan kitchen dining area with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and 4 ring gas hob. Large dining table can easily accommodate 8 people.
There is also an outside covered dining area with a BBQ.

Swimming Pool
Large pool 16x14m with beautiful views. It is alarmed for children`s safety.

Outside
Lovely garden area with fruit trees and views of the vines.
Space for children to play in. We have a table tennis and swings area, with a play tent, as well as a badminton, rounders and football area. Our filed is large enoough for practising your golf swings too!

Location
Situated in the heart of the Bordeaux and Bergerac wine regions close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of St.Emilion.
Blissfully peaceful location but with easy access to shops and plenty of things to see and do.

Changeover Details
During July and August our booking dates are Friday to Friday to allow for cheaper travel. Other times of the year we can be flexible.
There are reduced prices for under occupancy, i.e; up to 30% reductions if only 2 people want to rent.

Extra Details
We live next door and are available for child minding, and taxi services should you wish to go out to eat but not drive. We also do meal deliveries, and we`ll even washup afterwards!!
Whilst the pool is described as shared the reality is that La Vigne guests usually have it to themselves. We do not use the pool when
guests are here.
