General Description
This is the main house on the property. It has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft (accomodations for a maximum of 7 people) and is surrounded by a large terrace and garden area.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are 2 double bedrooms with double beds (140 cm.) and a small single bedroom. In addition there is a mezzanine overlooking the living-dining room with a double bed. There is a bathroom with tub and shower connection and a separate toilet.

Living Areas
There is a living-dining room with high ceiling and beams and a fireplace. There is also a television room. Both these rooms have French doors leading to a large outdoor terrace. There are 17th, 18th, and 19th century doors throughout the house.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a well-equipped kitchen with French doors leading to the outside where there is a choice of 2 areas with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Outside
A large terrace and garden surround the house. The property is located on a hill, and one climbs steps to reach it.
The environment is peaceful and lovely with large trees. Parking is available.

Location
It is set in one of the most beautiful areas of Aix, the protected northeastern sector. The location is ideal, as it is in a semi-country setting but only 2 miles from the heart of the city (easy walking distance).The setting is lovely with Provencal vegetation and large trees. Nevertheless there are shops about a mile away, and frequent bus service at 700 meters.

Changeover Details
The rental costs are degressive according to length of stay:
1400 euros for one week, 2100 euros for 2 weeks and 3400 euros for a month. This includes all costs except phone and a cleaning fee. There is also a security deposit due.

Extra Details
There is an extensive library with books for all tastes as well as a VCR with a selection of Englis-language films and a large selection of CD`s for music lovers.
