General Description
Renovated old stone house. Modern bathrooms and large bedrooms. Guest terraces are south facing. WiFi available

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The bedrooms are large and light with private, modern bathrooms. Beds are extra large with the option in two of the rooms of single beds if requested. One of the bedrooms has a magnificent four poster bed.

Living Areas
Sejour with large screen TV and DVD plus dining room with coffee machine and tea making facilities. Access to library well stocked with books and games.

Kitchen / Dining
Modern, newly fitted kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and cooker. This leads into a large family room with private south facing terrace. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Swimming Pool
Plunge pool. Newly built

Outside
Small garden with lavender, olive and pomegranite tree. The three terraces all face south with views of the surrounding hills. There is a large built-in barbecue on one terrace, ideal for parties in the warm summer nights.

Location
Situated on the edge of La Roque sur Ceze listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Surrounded by lovely hilly countryside with easy access to Avignon, Niimes, the Ardeche and the Cevennes as well as Chateauneuf du Pape and the Rhone valley wine country.

Changeover Details
Change -over day is Saturday for those wanting to rent the whole house. Otherwise for Chambre d`hotes there is a minimum reservation of two nights from June to September.

Extra Details
Maison La Roque is ideally situated for touring the Rhone Valley or just lazing the days away but La Roque is not suited for those who have difficulty walking or coping with cobbled and hiily streets.
