General Description
There are 4 apartments at Chateau de la Rocque. property numbers 430, 479, 499. Florentine Apartment sleeps up to 4 persons. This is an unusual apartment being a mezzanine style but with a beautiful easy rise marble staircase with wrought iron ballustrade and total privacy in the bedroom. The bedroom is extremely spacious with wooden flooring and has views over the gardens. The bedroom enjoys an en-suite shower room.

The bedroom is extremely light and spacious with views over the gardens. The room is furnished with black wrought iron bed, with matching bedside cabinets, lamps and chair as well as a wardrobe, console style table. bedside mats complete the room which has a very contempoary look. The en-suite shower room has a double sized power shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Living Areas
The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan. The downstairs has beautiful marble flooring, and is furnished with a double bed settee for 2 persons, coffee table, lamp, TV/DVD.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining table and chairs are both unusual and comfortable.

Swimming Pool
The pool measures 16m x 9m and is fenced as required by french
law for added securty. The pool is equipped with sun loungers,
tables and parasols as well as garden tables and chairs for `al
fresco` dining. The pool is set away from the apartments so as
not to disturb guests who may be relaxng outside their apartments.

Outside
There is a shared poolmeasuring 16m x 9m. The pool area is fenced as required by french law. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers tables and parasols as well as garden tables and chairs for `al fresco; dining. Immediately outside the apartment is a designated lawned area with your own garden furniture with parasol.

Location
We are in a prime location to enjoy what this region of France has to offer. located in a village with the usual amenities and just 30 minutes from Biarritz, 20 minutes from the coast at Capbreton, 45 minutes from Spain and 1 hour from Bordeaux. The local town of Dax, Frances premier spa town is 8km distance.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are expected to arrive after 4pm and leave by 10 am on the day of departure. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. A refundable damage deposit is required on arrival. Baby equipment cot (including bedding) highchair, pushchair is available free of charge but needs to be reserved at time of booking o ensure availability.

Extra Details
All linen, including tea towels and towels (except beach toels) is provided. A welcome basket of regional foods as well as basic groceries awaits guests on their arrival. Each apartment is equipped with a hairdryer. We have a games room for guests use which is equipped with table tennis, table football, darts, tennis equipment, cricket equipment, bicycles as well as a selection of games, books and toys. We also have a selection of DVD`s for guests to use.
