Property Details

General Description
Our 8-10 cottage is a 120 m², 2-floor detached house located in a quiet area of our 4* campsite.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are two independent double bedrooms on the ground floor, two bedrooms, each sleeping 3, on the first floor, a bathroom, WC and a large sitting/dining room complete with a fireplace.

Living Areas
a 300 m² aquatic area including heated swimming and paddling pools, a playground for children, an outdoor café, a bar, "boules" and volleyball areas, canoe rental, special evening events.

Kitchen / Dining
It consists of a fully fitted kitchen with a large dining area.

Swimming Pool
We have a nice heated pool as well as a paddling pool with toboggan for the children.
Around the pools you will find sunbeds and some "Paillotes" (large parasols) to get some shade.
The pool area is net to our nice little bar where you can find cool beer and fresh food.

Outside
Outside the house there is a large terrace with one of our "Paillotes", garden furniture and a barbecue.

The cottage is outside the camping area but it has access to all the facilities and services proposed by the campsite :

Extra Details
Les Paillotes is located just two strolls from the famous village of Ruoms and only 700 m from the Ardeche riverbanks: traditional shops, boutiques, markets, restaurants and beaches ... from our cottage everything is reachable on foot to spend some real and restful holidays!!
