General Description
In the heart of the Mayenne countryside, this cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a cot. There is central heating throughout.

The cottage is situated on the Manor estate, with a superb view of the River Mayenne. You will never tire of this view from the terrace, where meals may be taken in Spring and Summer.

The cottage is extremely comfortable, with all modern amenities and furnished throughout in good period country furniture.

It has its own private lane and entrance with parking facilities.

There is a pleasant footpath along the river; you could use bikes also to explore the surroundings.

1 bathroom has a shower,a washbowl ans a toilet ( upstair).
1 bathroom has a bath-tub, a washbowl and hairdryer.(downstair)
1 Toilet is separeted (downstair)

You will have a large living room with sofa, armchairs, fire-place, bow window with the view on the river , the garden and the country-side.

Kitchen / Dining
2 tables, 6 chairs, 2 benches for the dining-room.
The kitchen has a freezer - refrigerator - hooven - micro wave - washing machine - electric cooker - kettle - coffee maker - and the full complete necessary to cook + plates - glasses and table sets.

Outside
You can park your park , inf front of the cottage or on the left hand side.
You will have a big garden in front of you and the river, is just at the beginning of the property and along the property, for 400 meters.

Location
Just in betwwen Britanny and Normandy, you will be not ot far from teh beautifull city of Saint-Malo , 1h from the Mont-Saint-Michel , and next to the city of Bagnoles de l`Orne with his casino and his spa.(30 km).

Changeover Details
Arrival on Saturday, from 4. p.m.
Departure on Saturday at 11 a.m.
