This house on the harbor of Poulgoazec is facing the local fish market .
The beach is 100 yards away on the river Goyen near the Atlantic ocean.
The house can accomodate 9 people and despite a yet unestabished classification, will respond to your every needs.

- 1 bedroom with a 120 cm (for 2 children or 1 adult)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 extra room as a laundry room with a single bed
- the living room with a single bed (on the ground floor weather or not for handicapped)

- 2nd floor: full bathroom with tub and shower
- 3rd floor: full bathroom with shower

Living Areas
The entire ground floor is fully equiped to accomodate an handicapped person with the need of a wheel chair/

Kitchen / Dining
In this wide room that used to be a butcher shop lays a Gourmet open kitchen and the dining area with a large wood table for 10.

Outside
Small harbor activities day time .
Because of the situation of the harbor on the river, a quarter mile from the ocean, you will be able to be part of a local organization offering the rental of canoes, fishing trips, scuba diving .
You will be informed as well for several other activities such as sailing, water skiing and other water related sports.
Very little traffic at night because of the dead end road.
In front of the house, outdoor activities include, promenades, fishing, bicycle, swimming (in summer), and much more

A 45 year old house completely refurbished and modernized on the harbor near the beach along The River Goyen
Every windows are basically facing south west and offer a view of the harbor and river... and the sunset
In this large garage you will find a barbecue (gas) A ping pong table will help you keep an eye on the grilling while waiting.
