Property Details

General Description
Les Epinais is a detached character cottage with it’s own private pool situated in the beautiful region of the Alps Mancelle, an area of outstanding beauty renowned for walking and cycling.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The master bedroom is upstairs and also has bunkbeds. There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower. A further double bedroom with adjoining shower room/toilet is on the ground floor. All bed linen is included free of charge.

Living Areas
There is a comfortable lounge with wood burning fire, TV, Video and DVD player with a selection of family films.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, Gas hob, , washing machine, and microwave.

Outside
Situated in the garden are two French chalets. Chalet One has two single beds. Chalet two has a double bed.
Outside there is private pool with views over the surrounding countryside, as well as a dedicated BBQ area.

Location
There are many local villages nearby, including Fresnay sur Sarthe and Villaines la Juhell, with shops, cafes, bakeries, and weekly markets.
St Ceneri-le-Gerais, said to be the prettiest village in France, and St Leonard des Bois are only a short drive away and have bars and restaurants.
Sille le Guillaume is about 8 miles away and has a Chateau, shops, bars, and restaurants. It also has a lake and a beach with water sport facilities including windsurfing, swimming, and sailing.
Other places of interest include St Suzanne, a fortified medieval village, and Jublains which has Roman ruins and a museum.
The spa town of Bagnoles del Orne is worth a visit with it’s lake, casino, bars and restaurants.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is Saturday in high season, but any date can be accommodated outside of this period.
