Lovely comfortable restored cottage,with spacious and well equipped accommodation , ideal for a family holiday or short break.Friendly but discete, french speaking,english owners live on site ( available to help if required ) Farmhouse and other small converted cottages situated in the grounds.

Three bedrooms, ( one ensuite ) One other showeroom and separate toilet.
Ensuite bedroom on upper floor, the other two rooms, showeroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor.

Living Areas
Large sitting room with log fire and comfortable sofa and armchairs. ( Sofa makes into a sofabed ) TV, VCR, DVD, Satellite TV,CD.

Kitchen / Dining
Large farmhouse style kitchen which is light airy and well equipped with all modern conveniences.

Outside
Large South facing decked area with wooden table and chairs parasol and Barbeque.

Location
Situated in a peaceful rural location a short distance from a picturesque village along the river Loire. We have a vineyard within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Saumur, a historic tourist town,is a 20 minute drive and we are only a short travelling distance from many other lovely towns and villages,Chateaux, Golf courses, Many excellent Restaurants, Lake, Outdoor Swimming Pools and other places of interest. However, we are not just situated in an ideal spot for sightseeing, it is a great place to relax too!

Changeover Details
Usually Monday, other start days possible on request. Bed linen provided.
