Tim & Louise welcome you to L`Hirondelle (meaning The Swallow), a charming 19th century farmhouse, offering delightful bed & breakfast accommodation and a beautifully renovated 4-bedroomed luxury self-contained Gîte.
Located in the heart of `Le Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin`, we are ideally situated to explore the varied and beautiful attractions of the Haute-Vienne, Dordogne and Charente departments.
L`Hirondelle is set in the rolling Limousin countryside overlooking a wooded river valley. We are only 2 kms from the pretty market town of St Mathieu, which provides full amenities including a petrol station, banks and a supermarket.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
A galleried staircase leads onto the first floor where four beautifully furnished bedrooms are situated, all with en-suite facilities. There are two double rooms featuring king- sized beds and two twin rooms.

Living Areas
Inside you will find a large open plan living and dining area with exposed beams, with 2 sofas, chairs, television, DVD player, playstation, CD/radio.

Kitchen / Dining
In one corner there is a well-appointed kitchen which looks out over the garden and fields, and also a cloakroom.

Outside
A private entrance leads to your own secluded garden and terrace, overlooking a wooded river valley. The views over the surrounding countryside from the front of the barn are fabulous in all seasons of the year, with the rolling hills, fields, and woodland.

L`Hirondelle can be found in the Huate Vienne region of the Limousin, in France. St Mathieu is under an hour`s drive from Limoges, Perigueux and Angouleme
