General Description
La Croix Joreau is a collection of houses, cottages and apartments forming a U-shape round a central courtyard. Accommodating from two to six people, depending on the property, and some with disabled access there is a place to suit everyone. Laurier Cottage named after the tree that provides shade beside it, is a two bedroom cottage sleeping four people.

A cathedral ceilinged bedroom on the ground floor normally with two singles and a bedroom on the first floor with lots of old world charm and beams with two singles.

Living Areas
The living area in Laurier Cottage is nice and cool in the summer due to its very thick walls.

Kitchen / Dining
A small but very practical kitchen/dining area features all the things you need to cook and dine comfortably.

Outside
Situated in the corner of the courtyard, Laurier Cottage enjoys the afternoon sun

Location
Based on the edge of the village of Parcay-les-Pins we enjoy views across the countryside but are only 200 yards walk to the thriving village centre with it`s shops and two cafes. Parcay-les-Pins is situated in the middle of Le Mans and Saumur to the north and south, and Tours and Angers to the east and west making it an ideal base to explore the many chateaux and wine regions of the area or even to stay while taking in some of the Le Mans racetrack events.

Changeover Details
In July and August changeover is always on a Saturday but outside of those months we are flexible.
