General Description
La Croix Joreau is a collection of houses, cottages and apartments forming a U-shape round a central courtyard. Accommodating from two to six people, depending on the property, and some with disabled access there is a place to suit everyone. The Willow is a three bedroom house sleeping six people.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Three bedrooms upstairs sleep six. Two bedrooms with two single beds in each and a double.

Living Areas
The living area in the Willow is light, airy and spacious with plenty of seating for six people. With an insert wood burner complimenting the gas central heating the Willow is also an ideal winter location.

Kitchen / Dining
Boasting a large kitchen/dining area, this part of the Willow is a very popular both in the summer and winter. Sitting around the dining table in the winter with the wood burner heating the room, or in the summer with a nice gentle breeze blowing through. The kitchen features all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Swimming Pool
The pool is 10 meters by 5 meters and changes in depth from 1 meter to two meters

Outside
The terrace in the courtyard area to the front catches the sun most of the day while the terrace area behind is mostly shaded during the day and steps lead down from here to the swimming pool.

Location
Based on the edge of the village of Parcay-les-Pins we enjoy views across the countryside but are only 200 yards walk to the thriving village centre with it`s shops and two cafes. Parcay-les-Pins is situated in the middle of Le Mans and Saumur to the north and south, and Tours and Angers to the east and west making it an ideal base to explore the many chateaux and wine regions of the area or even to stay while taking in some of the Le Mans racetrack events.

Changeover Details
In July and August changeover is always on a Saturday but outside of those months we are flexible.
