Property Details

General Description
The gite was created in outbuildings attached to the owners house. It is one the first floor with large balcony to the rear and large garden. Private parking in closed courtyard.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The carpted bedroom has a beautiful antique carved bed with good quality comfortable mattress. All linen is included. There is a shower room with WC, handbasin and washing machine.

Living Areas
Lounge with woodburning fire, comfy armchairs and quality antique furniture, TV and video recorder. Breakfast bar separate the loung from the corner kitchen,

Kitchen / Dining
Large breakfast bar, electric oven and hob with rotisserie, cooker hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and all other appliances wished for.

Outside
Large balcony leading down to a gravelled yard, sun beds Bar-B-Que. The vast garden and orchard is for the exclusive use of the guests.

Location
Reglois is a small quiet hamlet surrounded by forests and fields, the Morvan is known for its lakes and rivers. There are plenty of lovely walks from the door step where even in high season it is not common to meet any other person

Changeover Details
Change over day is Saturday. 25% deposit is required on returning booking contract
