Bedrooms / Bathrooms
4 accomodations are offered. On the ground floor a 32m2 mini-suite; the Blue Cat , with its 23m2 bedroom featuring a 1m60 bed and a corner living room.; and the ensuite complete bathroom in rose marble.
On the first floor, all accomodations have a private large balcony, with private terrace for 2 of them.
The 40m2 Green Cat suite features 2 separate bedrooms and a large ensuite showerroom.
The 23m2 Yellow cat room features a bed of 1m80 or 2x 0m90 beds with a corner living area; the private shower room is separated from the bedroom by the corridor.
The 40m2 master bedroom feature a 23m2 bedroom with a 1m80 bed and a corner living room; a dressing room and a superbely large bathroom with separate bath tub and shower.

Living Areas
The 120m2 Living room area with a monumental fireplace is divided in a summer and winter living place and a library sitting place.

Kitchen / Dining
The 32m2 dining area is used when it is not possible to eat outside. Table d`Hôtes is proposed 2 times a week when guests demands. The inside and outside kitchen are joined and both are used to prepare meals. The poolhouse, beside the Kitchen, features a bar and a large dining area with view over the landscape, the sea and, the pool and the Garden.i

In The outside of the house you will find the Poolhouse with professional kitchen, BBQ, Bar and dining area facing one of the oldest olive trees of Tourrettes.
Several terraces and a green space surrounds the oval pool.

Location
Tourrettes sur Loup and St Paul de Vence are located on the upcountry with fabulous panoramic sea views. The Bastide is located in a central area very near golf clubs,beaches, medieval villages and museums. The 450m2 bastide in built in an 3100m2 land with a 16x7 oval pool and a garden with vvariety of tropical trees and plants..
