General Description
Watercolour artist and organic farmer You are welcome to stop over for a night or stay a while longer in a very attractive region that has a lot to offer. The property lies on 43 hectares of wooded land and meadows, facing south and away from any noise or disturbance.
I have two charming rooms available for you, each with a kitchen-dining-room area and a private terrace in which I will serve you a homemade organic breakfast. All of this will ensure you have a rejuvenating immersion in a calm and preserved natural environment.
On site: country footpaths, swimming-pools, sauna. Make the most of our local culture by visiting our nearby medieval villages, castles and local markets

The Elderberry Tree B&B For 5 people maximum .
It is a double bedroom with en- suite shower room and a toilet and a lounge fire-place, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen .
It is possible put up three persons more
It open on to two terrace facing South and West which is sheltered by a large porch (part of the barn`s roof) . From these terraces, while relaxing in your garden furniture or preparing food for your barbeque, you`ll enjoy an outstanding view over the countryside.

Large double bedroom (in which an extra single bed ean be added), with a shower room and a toilet.
It also has a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed and armchairs, a dining
area, a toilet and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing
machine, an oven, a cooker and a fridge freezer). It caters comfortably

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is an important and lively area. We voluntarily placed the large basin (15 m. by 6 m) as well as the padding pool (5 by. 4) for children, the sand pit and the swings on an area at the edge of a wood from which you`ll enjoy a panoramic view all this is about 80m away from the Gites so any noise from the pool won`t disturb anyone who wishes to stay in their gite and relax, read or peacefully contemplate the scenery.

Location
We are Situated in the South-West of France, between the Quercy and the Perigord, in a pleasant climate in Summer and Winter alike, we live in the garden of "Douce France".We are near Penne d`Agenais (that you can reach on foot in a 40-minutes walk through meadows and little tracks) a lovely medieval village highly perched on a strategic spot that was coveted by many as early as in the Roman Times in the 5th century. Later, Richard Lion Heart had a castle built there. The site is still visible near the Basilica of which the dome can be seen shining in the sun from miles around.
Penne d`Agenais consists of a delightful labyrinth of narrow lanes with Middle Age houses that are now animated by numerous craftsmen, potters, sculptors, glass-blowers, painters and many others.
