Rose Cottage has a fully equipped Kitchen / Diner , which opens up through french doors unto the comfortably furnished sitting room/lounge area which boasts Free to view satellite TV and a DVD player etc.

It has two " very large " first floor bedrooms which can sleep 5 or 6 adults " plus a cot " in comfort.
On the ground floor is the main bathroom. (a shower and twin basins). There are also toilet facilities on the first floor between the two bedrooms ,

For the Winter months this Gite has Full gas central heating ( Timed ) & also a large wood burner in the sitting room.

The large garden has a childs playzone area which includes a climbing frame with swings, a 3 metre trampoline, a slide , etc.

" MORBIHAN " THE LAND OF MYTHS & LEGENDS

Our Gites are situated in the very centre of Brittany in Morbihan.
We are in a very rural location (farmland, lakes, forests) mid-way between two small villages.
The nearest town to us is Guermene Sur Scorff (10 mins) and the nearest city is Pontivy (20mins).

We are centrally located about 45mins to the west and north coasts, unspoilt sandy beaches, and various attractions.

The Morbihan region is perfect if you enjoy rugged landscapes with lakes, old castles, dense forests, monasteries and the like.

It really is an ideal area for touring, cycling , walking and all manner of watersports.
