Near the picturesque medieval village of LAURAC-LE-GRAND, the old ancient, high-place of the catharism with its church in the typical baroque hispano-Southern style of the area with it`s vestiges of fortification (XI, XIII, XVI century) you will find the ESTATE OF ROUJOUX, nestled in the hills surrounded by the vast plain of Lauragais.

The ESTATE OF ROUJOUX is the ultimate location for any holiday! you need not look any further.

The house fresh in summer, comfortable and is very well equipped. The few ANIMALS of the farm will charm the children.
The BAKER passes by 3 times by week bringing bread and croissants

Changeover Details
The rental period shall commence from 4.00 pm on the first day and finish at 10.00 am on the last day

To reserve the property, the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non refundable deposit (30% of the total rent due).
Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the owners will send a confirmation invoice and statement.

The balance of the rental along with the refundable breakages deposit (100ˆ by weeks) is due not less than eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday unless late booking conditions have been agreed
