General Description
A gorgeous house situated in the centre of a small village in southwest France. Maison Boneta dates from the 13th Century and is arranged over 3 floors and can sleep up to 7 people.
Externally Maison Boneta has a small front garden accessed from the outside of the house and a rear courtyard entered from the kitchen with seating and a barbeque. The courtyard enjoys the sun from mid-afternoon until sunset making it an ideal place for outdoor dining or relaxing with a glass or two of the local wine.
The house is situated close to the centre of the beautiful village, St Antonin Noble Val, giving easy access to the local facilities, boulangeries, butchers, banks, newsagents, bars, and a well stocked small supermarket (Shopi) which sells everything from milk to garden chairs.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The first floor is reached via two staircases, the first staircase provides access to the large main bedroom with a king size bed and a spiral staircase accesses the bathroom, separate WC and the second double bedroom, leading from which is a single bedroom. The top floor contains a further double bedroom.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and contains a bath, shower and hand basin.

Living Areas
The ground floor comprises a very large entrance hall/lounge/dining area with lounge seating and an 8 seater dining table. The lounge also contains a TV with DVD player and satellite receiver enabling reception of all non-premium Sky TV channels with the insertion of your Sky Viewing Card. A stereo with CD player is available together with reference material on the surrounding area and places of interest.

Kitchen / Dining
The Kitchen, also on the ground floor, contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer together with a large breakfast table.
Access to the rear courtyard is gained from the kitchen through double French windows. A separate WC is located on the ground floor together with a Laundry Room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Location
Maison Boneta is situated in the beautiful medival village of St Antonin Noble Val, nesting on the banks of the Aveyron River.
A colourful market takes over the village on Sunday mornings, with stalls selling everything from local farm produce to more exotic herbs and spices.
St Antonin is located roughly equidistant from Toulouse to the South West and Rodez to the North East offering easy access from both Airports in a little over an hour by road.
The natural landscape includes the gorge of the Aveyron, the Lot Valley and large areas of unspoilt natural forest and the attractive rolling countryside of the Gaillac vineyards. Wine lovers can spend their days exploring the Gaillac area which can be reached in a leisurely hour`s drive where there are a number of vineyards which offer both tours and tasting.
The history of the region is dominated by the Cathar uprising, a period which has shaped the architectural and cultural heritage
