General Description
Mirabel, is a family owned residence offering four high standard, well equipped Gites .
Conveniently situated on the N21 it provides both a tranquil setting for that relaxing break you deserve along with the convenience of being within reach to enable you to discover many of the delights that the GERS has to offer, providing a haven for you to return to each day to relax by the pool while the children play safely in the grounds.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Lierre & Lilas – are both 3 bedroom gites comfortably sleeping 6 adults in 2 twin rooms and 1 double with downstairs shower rooms housing the wash basin & WC.
The gites are open plan lounge / dining and have fully equipped kitchens including, Cooker, Microwave, fridge, toaster, juicer ,CD player.etc
Laurier & Lavande – are 2 bedroom gites comfortably sleeping 4 adults in a double & twin room.
Laurier benefits from having a downstairs wet room, wc & wash basin along with an upstairs, bathroom containing bath, stand alone shower, twin wash basins & wc. A wood burning stove also provides a cosy little getaway for the winter. Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase. As with the other gites the kitchen is fully equipped.
Lavande has an upstairs shower room, wc & wash basin and an open plan living area downstairs as per the others.

Living Areas
All the gites have open plan living areas with enough seating for all. A tv / dvd player are supplied to enable viewing of films, however no TV link is available,

Kitchen / Dining
All the gites have fully equipped kitchens including cooker, Microwave, toasters, juicers, coffee machines etc The seperate dining areas within each gite enable dining options of inside or out. A bespoke BBQ and patio area is assigned with each gite

Set in 2 1/2 acres Mirabel offers a safe haven to all A communal barn area is equipped to enable you to enjoy, Badminton, table tennis, shooting hoops along with a Boules pitch and other giant garden games for your enjoyment- cycles are also available for your enjoyment. A small well stocked fish pool also provides entertainment for both adults & children alike.A secured childrens play area with swings/ slide provides resttime for parents to lounge by the secured pool area

Location
Located within the Gers you are spoilt for choice, halfway between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, providing the option of a day at the beach within 2hrs in either direction. Coupled with the endless unspoilt country side along the way housing a host of activities you cant fail to enjoy. Local daily markets provide an insight into the regions culinary delights which are as varied as the days long.
There are 3 leisure lakes nearby coupled with walking trails, canoeing, rafting, leisure boat trips, horse riding.
Golfers will delight in the choice of local courses all un-crowded and beautiful the nearest being under 10 minutes drive away.
The Pyrenees are only a short drive away, and offer great areas of interest such as the observatory at Pic du Midi and La Mange. White water rafting, Hydrospeeding are available for the more adventurous and Skiing is also available from December at the largest Ski area in the Pyrenees – La Mongie/ Bareges
The religious town of Lourdes is under 1hr away, well worth a visit to take in the sights and ambiance of this religious mecca.

Changeover Details
July /August changeover days Saturday - all other times dates to suit you to enable you to maxiise cheap air flights or ferry crossings. Long weekends/ mid week breaks also available,
50 % requested upon booking balance 8 weeks prior to arrival . £100 security deposit in case of breakage
