General Description
Sans Souci (No Worries) is an 18th century detached property situated in the Southern Vendee.

Sans Souci has been lovingly restored to boast many original features. In addition to this, all rooms are currently being refurbished, which will include new furniture throughout and new kitchen appliances.

The house comfortably accommodates both large and small groups (10 persons max).

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
On the first floor there are three large bedrooms; two bedrooms sleep 3 people and one bedroom sleeps 4.

Also on the first floor is a good sized bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and WC.

There is also a shower room situated on the ground floor with washbasin and WC.

Living Areas
The interior includes a large lounge and formal dining room, both with wood burning stoves.

Many rooms within the house have magnificent views of the village’s Chateau and medieval church.

Kitchen / Dining
Large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and kitchen table/chairs. Off the kitchen there`s a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside
Sans Souci boasts an idyllic sunny courtyard to the front of the property, and a large enclosed garden with south facing above ground swimming pool, sun terrace, covered area for outside dining and BBQ facilities.

Location
The house commands an impressive position within the heart of the typically French village of Mouilleron en Pareds. This pretty village has three bars, a baker, butcher, pharmacy, general store, bank, village square, and tourist information.

Mouilleron en Pareds is famed for being the birthplace of two French leaders, Jean Joseph-Marie de Lattre and Prime Minister, Georges Clemenceu. A museum has been dedicated to them in the village.

With many of southern Vendee’s renowned sandy beaches within easy access, Mouilleron en Pareds can be reached from three major airports; Nantes, La Rochelle and Poitiers. It is also easily accessed by all sea ports; regardless of which you choose, the route is largely motorway all the way down.
