Property Details

General Description
Large Gite with flexible options with capacity for 2 - 8 people. Can also be rented with self contained gite La Fauvette (for 2 people), thereby making a property for 10 people.
There is a 5m round pool and lovely gardens with views.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There is one downstairs twin bedroom and shower room and W.C, and 3 upstairs bedrooms with 2 shower rooms and W.C`s

Living Areas
Very large lounge with open fireplace and an authentic wine press! There is a surrounding gallery off the staircase which leads to en-suite bedrooms.
Patio doors lead to the garden area and a woodland walk.
Plenty of comfortable seating and sofas.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small dining table but also doors leading out on to the patio where outside dining is the norm in summer.
There is a larger dining table in the large lounge.

Swimming Pool
The pool is all one depth (1.50m) so it is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers.

Outside
There is a BBQ available for al fresco coking! Sunloungers and garden furniture. Badminton and petanque are provided.

The garden is enclosed and has lovely views towards the Dordogne Valley and river. It is possible to fish here with a permit from the local Mairies` office.

Location
Near the small village of Port Ste Foy and walking distance to Ste Foy la Grande alongside the river Dordogne. Only 25kms from Bergerac airport and 65kms from Bordeaux. This is an ideal spot for touring the largest wine region in France. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of St.Emilion is 20kms drive.

Changeover Details
Changeover day can be reasonably flexible. Bookings are by the week plus only. A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking and final payment is made on arrival in euros. The deposit can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

Extra Details
Please contact us for rental charges if you want to rent the whole place. Price include all linens, towels and utilities. A welcome pack is provided.
