General Description
Sunflower Cottage (sleeps 5/6) is very comfortably furnished and well equipped for relaxing and interesting family holidays.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The ground floor bathroom has been fully renovated and has a bath with shower over. The bathroom has a high ceiling with beams and a window to the garden.

1st Floor, Spacious double bedroom with window to the front. Pine bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps etc.
wooden floors with rugs. Guest bed for suitable for small child. 2nd bedroom sleeps up to 3 in pine bunk beds and single bed. Storage for clothing etc. Window to front. 1st floor shower room.

Living Areas
The spacious sitting room has original oak beams and is tiled throughout with large rugs for comfort. There is a three seater sofa, two seater sofa, armchiar and matching legrest. The TV has Satellite/French channels and there is a DVD play, with a selection of DVDs provided. The fireplace with log-burner is the focal point of the room. There are two windows to the front of the cottage.

Kitchen / Dining
Leading from the sitting room, the large bright and sunny kitchen/diner has a high vaulted ceiling with skylights and original oak beams. There is a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster etc. (The dishwasher is in the adjacent utility area and the washing machine is in the ground floor bathroom). There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment provided. The dining table extends to seat up to eight people and is situated by the large sunny cottage window.

Outside
The kitchen door opens onto the paved terrace with outside light for eating in the evening. Garden table and chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and BBQ are all provided. The spacious country garden is surrounded by shrubs, trees and bushes. In the frot garden is a wooden picnic table and benches providing an alternative eating area.

Location
Sunflower Cottage is set in a rural farming hamlet in the Southern Vendee region. The hamlet has a small chateau and the area is surrounded by wood, fields and trees.

Changeover Details
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Available from 4.00pm on first day of holiday and please vacate by 10.00am on day of departure. Please check availability with Vendee Cottages.

Extra Details
All electricty, gas, water and bed linen (with beds made up prior to arrival is provided. There are no extras to pay for.
