General Description
3 self catering gites with large salt water swimming pool

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Up to 3 bedrooms dependant on the gite. All have duvets and pillows (linen in available at extra cost). Each gite has a bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin.

Living Areas
Each gite has a lounge with seating area, tv, dvd player able to play music cd`s.

Kitchen / Dining
Each gite has a kitchen/dining room with table and chairs, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. utensils and crockery provided. Ample work surfaces.

Swimming Pool
10m x 6m salt water swimming pool and a 3m round childrens pool all fenced to the new French Regulations.

Outside
10m x 6m salt water swimming pool and a 3m round childrens pool all fenced to the new French regulations. Sunloungers and umbrellas. Childrens play area, trampoline, boule pitch. BBQ`s and outdoor table and chairs. Large lawned area for playing tennis or football. Ample parking. Directly outside each gite is a table and chairs for dining al fresco.

On the outskirts of a small village called St Juire Champgillon, close to Ste Hermine and the main access roads N137 and A83

Changeover Details
Changeovers are normally from Saturday to Saturday except by prior arrangement. To book please telephone 00 33 (0)251 278786 for further details and availability.

Extra Details
All gites have central heating for winter rentals (charges apply) and one gite has a wood burning fire (wood available with charge).
