Two bedroomed Gite with own garden situated on one side of the swimming pool

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other has 2-3 single beds.

Living Areas
The sitting room is equipped with Satellite TV and DVD player. There are two settees and a rocking chair. There is also a wood burning fire for those chilly autumn nights.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and gas cooker.

Swimming Pool
The pool overall is 14 metres x 6 metres with roman steps. There is a pool alarm which is activated by infra red beams.

Outside
There is a private garden with patio and drying area. A BBQ is provided along with patio table and chairs.

Location
We are 1km outside the market town of Chalais in the rolling well wooded countryside of the South Charente. We are 1½ hours drive from Bordeaux and Bergerac airports and 5 hours from St Malo ferry terminal.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is a Sunday as the roads tend to be quieter and you arrive less stressed.
