General Description
These properties form part of a nine acre estate located in the pretty village of Plouguenast ideally situated to explore both the coastal area and inland beauty of Brittany. 25 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc, with St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airport at Dinard within a hour away. A pretty trout fishing river runs though the estate which is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty which contains both parkland and forest areas.
These properties are well planned and are furnished to a high standard. Each has it`s own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing. Large heated swimming pool.

MILL COTTAGE
Sleeps up to 12 people, consisting of Lounge with large log burner fire place, fully equiped Kitchen and Dining Room with long French dining table, 4 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio/barbeque area. Fully heated.

LEAT COTTAGE
Sleeps up to 14 people, consisting of Lounge with large log burner, Kitchen and Dining Room, ground floor bedroom with unsuite disabled facilities, 5 further Bedrooms, Bathroom and large patio area on the river with stone built barbeque. Ramp access to cottage. Fully heated.

BANK COTTAGE
Sleeps up to 9 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio area with stone built barbeque. Fully heated.

WILLOW COTTAGE
Sleeps up to 6 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio area with stone built barbeque. Fully heated.

For larger parties The Manor and The Mill Cottage can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 32 people. The two properties have inter-connecting doors between the kitchens and also on the top floor bedroom area.

For even larger parties the whole complex can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 64 people.

The Moulin de la Touche Cottages are situated on the bank of a lovely trout fishing river and form part of an nine acre estate consisting of parkland and forest areas. Various footpaths and bridleways exist to explore the surrounding area and the village of Plouguenast is just a minutes walk away.
