General Description
Le Carroir is a traditional three storey French town house situated in the very heart of the medieval town of St Aignan sur Cher. It retains many original features including tiled floors and an oak staircase.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are three bedrooms. A king-size double and a single on the first floor and a large twin bedded room with seating area, on the top floor.
The shower room is on the ground floor.

Living Areas
There is a comfortable living room with a corner kitchen, on the ground floor. There is a television and DVD player.

Kitchen / Dining
The well equipped kitchen is in the corner of the ground floor living room and there is a folding oak dining table.

Outside
There is a small enclosed garden a few steps from the house, with BBQ and garden furniture.

Location
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. The Loire Chateaux, Aquariums, Futuroscope, the historic city of Blois with its stunning chateau, museums, cathedral, abbey and basilica, the royal town of Amboise with its chateau, medieval streets and pageants, the medieval town of Loches, and Bourges with renowned cathedral and stained glass windows. Being the Garden of France opportunities abound for wine tasting at local vineyards, enjoying local produce such as cheese, frequenting local markets, cooking or eating out at the many excellent restaurants. Changeover Details
Change over days are usually Saturdays, although shorter stays are possible out of high season.
25% booking deposit required up to 8 weeks before holiday, full amount thereafter. Security deposit required £100
