The fourth bedroom situated in the pool house is fully air-conditioned while the 3 bedrooms in the villa have high powered quality fans.

The living room features a 32 LCD TV with a state of the art windows media centre entertainment. Satellite TV (with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and BBC radio) is available along with French TV.
Also included is digital radio, a playstation and a DVD player. In addition a fast 4mb adsl line and high speed mimo wireless wifi connection is available on site. Also on site is a fax machine and telephone with free calls to Europe, Canada and the USA. Of course some prefer a quieter holiday so on request these can be removed.
The accommodation also consists of a large bright reception room with dining area with high beamed ceilings.

Sitting here you look out into the vineyards, perfect for enjoying a shaded meal and the warm atmospheric Mediterranean evenings.
