Location
The house is located in the pretty village of St Michel just 4 miles away are the glorious beaches at La Faute sur Mer and approx. 20 mins by car the equally popular seaside town of La Tranche. This coast line is excellent for windsurfing and board surfing as well as being safe and clean for spending the hot sunny days on the beach.
La Rochelle, Les Sable D`Olonne, and Fontenay le Comte are about 45 minutes drive.

Changeover Details
During the Peak Season the start days are Thursday, other times the start days are flexible

Prices: Low £200 pw. Mid £325pw. High £475pw. Peak £600 pw.

Extra Details
The village has 2 bars, 2 restaurants, general store, bank, chemist etc and a weekly market and is all just a couple of minutes walk.
The property has central heating and is situated on the edge of a Nature reserve.
